Depend on what you mean by near future.

I expect a more peel back the layers of the onion type of PR as opposed to a hey we are JV with TCK and they are giving us 500 million!

So the news I expect is

1. details on the ST sipn off, small potatoes but worth as much as 1/3 of our present market cap

2. What are they going to do with NioStar. I am not sure we'll get the details at initially but more a general road map about a far east listing and a small cash infusion, maybe 10-20 million to do all the corporate work and begin feesabilty.

3. Some time in the next 6 months an updated NI report with a better idea of the size we have identified.

I have asked for a discussion on this point but I beleive we'll see a ST like transaction for Niostar and a far east listing by Dahlman Rose.

No while I am sure that DR wants their IPO to be hugely successful so they will keep the lid on some of the Niostar announcements like perhaps a take off agreement or who the backing players are?

I believe that SRSR will be a 20 cent per share in today's structure (the structure will be very different something like the 1:35 of ST)or so within the year in the far east. Once that IPO is done and they reveal all the details I would expect that we see $1.00 or more in todays structure within say 12 months of the new listing.

No that would mean the DR listing is a $160 million or so company, they probably sell another 20% or so to raise 30 million to finish feasibility and other things before bank financing the mine with the cash flow from a take off agreement and a bankable reserve amount.

No maybe I am way off with the size of the DR listing and $160 million is too low. Say is double that so 320 million which puts this in the molly corp IPO range or 40 cents in today's structure and another say 3-5 bagger after the ipo.

Lets say its a dollar a share listing in the far east, than 3-5 bagger after the IPO that would but the company at up to a 4 billion market cap without a mine? Seems high to me.

Of course I honestly don't know so maybe I am too conservative.

Care to give the board your thoughts?

Seems like the most useful discussion we can have around here at this time.

Lastly I am not a believer in the "huge short exists here" theory so if I am wrong that might cause a much higher spike as could the buying in general but I think the price will settle in the range of my numbers!
