I am not saying there was any pump or anything else here - only the SEC knows why they suspended. The point was that suggesting a group or individual against LLEG could use the SEC as their tool to damage the stock is really a silly belief.

The fact is this is suspended. An action the SEC does not take lightly. The have a new micro cap division that is putting in specific and pointed research and enforcement action. LLEG was one of 17 in this round out of hundreds reviewed that did receive a suspension. That is a major action and would not be taken to protect investors without good cause on their part.

Another fact is that there is very little to hope for in as far as stock recovery is concerned here. This issue may open after the suspension period, or it may not. If it does, it will be on the gray market without a bid or ask. This is a very hard position from which to recover. I don't know of any that have rebounded from such action (I am sure there are some).

Debating on this being reversed, wrong, turned around, etc. is pointless at this time. The fact is the suspension has taken place and one must assume the SEC has undertaken this action for specific, undeniable reasons.
