News for 'HFBG' - (Hall of Fame Beverages Announces Jessica A Gutierrez as President and Official Spokesperson of Larry Johnson for Their Famous Iconic Branding "Grandmama")

LAS VEGAS, NV, Jun 10, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Hall of Fame Beverages
(PINKSHEETS: HFBG) -- Jessica A Gutierrez has 14 years experience in the
financial industry, a trusted representative and advisor of Larry Johnson. She
states, "I'm up to the challenge of redirecting HFBG to perform to its full
potential. The blueprint is in place and we already putting our plans into
action. Mr. Larry Johnson is fully behind the new management team, which
includes myself, Mr. Brad Godfrey and very seasoned beverage consultants that
advise Mr. Johnson's management team."

The manufacturing of "Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea" Bag in a Box in Regular
and Sugar Free order has been completed and scheduled to be made. We have new
pending purchase orders from Restaurants for BIB. The 1.5 gallon BIB units along
with bottled Tea will be distributed aggressively by US Food Service throughout
their food service network. New "Grandmama Gourmet Southern Desserts" will also
be distributed by US Food Service.

New Direct Store Distribution pending and will be announced soon.

The company will announce Final Date on 2nd Production run of "Grandmama's Sweet
Southern Tea" from the bottling plant early next week. This entire Production is
paid for. Thousands of cases in this run will meet great demands expected this
Summer for our Premium Branded Tea that is Natural and Kosher certified. We have
not scheduled a production date yet for "Atomic Dogg Super Soda" but have
paid-for ingredients ready.

Chief Business Development Officer Brad Godfrey states, "We expect to make major
strides in Distribution and Placement of our Signature Brand product line
'Grandmama' this Summer resulting in several revenue streams." He further stated

Hall of Fame Beverages Taken Over by Investment Group and Investor to Produce and Launch "Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea"
Hall of Fame Beverages (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) - Both Chief Officers and Directors Calvin Ross and Giovanni Luciano have resigned offices and transferred all their preferred shares to JAG Food and Beverage Holdings, LLC and Brad Godfrey. Hall of Fame Beverages has exclusive distribution rights of "Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea," "Atomic Dogg Super Soda," "Grand Ma Ma Gourmet Southern Desserts" and other products it has promoted.

New Investment Group will work Chief Business Development Officer Brad Godfrey to Distribute Tea and new products. The new team is very grateful to be involved in "Great new products and Iconic Branding 'Grand Ma Ma' featuring Larry Johnson."
