Founder and Executive Chairman of publicly held acquisition and Management Company. Initial
Platform Acquisition closed 4th Quarter 2005. Platform Acquisition was $31M contract manufacturer of
2400 different aerospace/defense products and components for major contractors such as Northrop
Grumman, Goodrich, Lockheed, Sikorsky and others. Closing transaction encompassed $9M in
convertible Equity component, $14M in Debt component, Acquisition of 100% of the shares of the
target company; two real estate companies purchased and closed Reverse Merger (releasing all prior
transactions from “closed in escrow status”), thus resulting as publicly held enterprise in one day.
Subsequent to closing two acquisitions (both announced) were completed, thus driving revenues to
approximately $60M.

• Three completed M&A assignments: MicroNet Corp. by ProtoSource Corp.; Suncoast
Automation by ProtoSource Corp. and Infosis by F2i, Inc.;
• Generated five Investment Banking clients; American Energy Services, Inc.;
AbsoluteFuture.com; Senesco Technologies; Fcom, Inc.; and B2Media.com (UK);
• Department under supervision received “No Queries” in two NASD audits and one SEC audit;
and,
• Generated in excess of $1.25MM in Investment Banking revenue for Y2000.
