Well we really dont know that, as no details of the HM3 aquistion were ever released, if they were please post a link so I may review them, (no reading between the lines stuff) I will apologize in advance if I missed it

I can almost guarantee those shares are going to wind up being restricted. It's almost the same workings that went on with HM3, remember?
