It is pretty obvious by observing what people are saying about CDIV that all the while we may be in the clear and the real problem was illegal NSS shorting by a consortium of MMs wanting to short some Pennys to zero (the ultimate goal of a NSS position). It is not enough for an NSS to want to just "short temporarily", they want and NEED the stock to go to ZERO so that they never have to cover how ever many Millions of short positions they have on it.

This all goes back to when the CEO performed the share count awhile back asserting strange activity with share totals. Say what you want...the TRUTH will come out and it may NOT be what people are hearing here!

GO CDIV is right. The stage is being set for some interesting and unexpected outcomes.
