That is correct. I also believe that OEM car companies would not start using any device on new cars that have these claims w/o EPA testing with the 511 program.

As for after-market, which recently WTCT said they didn't have on the main burner...would go to OEM as it was easy by comparison.

I don't believe that either. The device has been tested at least 2 times in Denver and verification of the test by EPA would not be required to sell into the after-market. If people believed the claims, some might buy it. Of course, if it doesn't work very near the claims, there would be a lot of very angry consumers. LOL
