I disagree. Shareholders want him to be truthful and upfront in what he is doing. If he needs to sell shares to acquire a business then fine but to sell shares and not disclose terms of agreements is wrong IMO. Did you know there are other ways to sell shares to accrue capital? Selling them as cheap paper really hurts the shareholder.
