Top shareholder blogged that #1 was working on it despite cruising, and was directing CEO w/paperwork, filings, his contacts - including MMs, since he's in over his head.
Could it be #2 and #3 were caught off guard, but was #1's grand master plan? There's debate whether he knew when he embarked on his vacation...
