actually..neom...AT&T have been working on a launch
for quite some time...First they announced the program
and how they were signing up companies from ALL areas
of business. At the same time they also said MOBILETAG
would be used in this process..{mobiletag was THE FIRST
to licence up with NEOMEDIA.} All this was said and PR'D
and started about 6-9 months ago..AT&T is also THE FIRST
company named in the GS1 B2C ALLIANCE...which is launching
GLOBALLY June 19th or 21st..I forget right now...anyway
MANY MONSTER GLOBAL COMPANIES are also in the Alliance...
along with NEOMEDIA & SCANBUY..If you don't know about it
just go to GS1 B2C ALLIANCE AND READ ALL ABOUT IT. Its
no accident that AT&T is in the Alliance and also launching
their 2D Barcodes at the same time...Its all meat....
