What would really take CBIS into the dollar stocks would be for the legalization of MMJ. Everybody on this board should call their Congressman/Congresswoman to pass H.R. 1983. Tell your brother, sister, Uncle, Aunt, or any one to call Congress.
H.R. 1983 calls for an expedited rescheduling review by the federal government that would reclassify marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III under the federal Controlled Substances Act, recognizing the plant's accepted medical use and streamlining the federal approval process for medical marijuana research.
H.R. 1983 was introduced by Representative Barney Frank (MA) on May 25, 2011 and was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce where it awaits further consideration.
