I agree with you that we are not broadcasting at the moment so there would be no need for employee wages. Good management in my opinion. I would not have a start date for employees until after emerging from bankruptcy! The new technology and partnerships should not require much of a workforce. That is sort of the point of the platform in my opinion. It's all about partnerships with other satellite providers. Who needs the extra office space and bodies standing around if 1Worldspace is going to be a global broadcaster. I am in the business of satellite technologies. I can tell you that it doesn't require a huge workforce for communications to be sent around the World. I also believe that is the reason for "substantially all of the assets" of 1Worldspace to be sold to Yenura, which could in fact be just a holding company! We don't need desks and office space anymore. The technology is that good! Getting rid of unnecessary salaries is only good management! The court hearing on Monday is a perfect example of "I am sorry your services are no longer needed !"

I am of the opinion that 1Worldspace will emerge from bankruptcy very powerful with strong arm partnerships. Dr. Malone is not still in this because to lose. He has a legacy to leave behind! I believe he is going to knock it out of the ball park on this one! I am staying invested with him. I would be foolish to leave 1Worldspace at this point.
