From looking at the filings it seems they have greatly reduced there dependency on raising capital through issuing new shares.
The few companies I have started up myself I brought in investors/partners to help with the start up costs and the expansion period working towards becoming profitable. At times we had to decide either reinvest income and raise additional investor funds to continue to grow or stay at the size we were at. So I guess we could be using artisinal locals to hand pan for gold on a few locations or add dredges, secure additional lands, permits, equipment and grow towards increasing revenues. It is always a gamble, it has paid off well for my personal ventures as I suspect it will with SGCP.
