4 x $1.03 million = $4.12 million per year in General and administrative. Now that is indeed impressive. According to posters here, the SEC-DOJ-FBI-Senate invesitgations are over. there are no oil operaqtions. All oil exploarion costs are supposedly carried and covered by partners.

Where in the world can you spend millions a year in General and Administrative costs? 8 employees at an average very generous salary / benifit / tax cost of say $200K per year each, director fees, and rent on a few PO Boxes - 1,800 sq ft of offices does not come even close to using that sort of cash.
