yes it is but this is a stock board to discuss LLEG and I'm just trying to keep these subjects pertinent to the stock. If you in fact aren't speaking from a shareholder interest but from your personal interest as a resident of the area your question and the resulting answer would be misleading to the folks here who are only interested in their LLEG investment not the business of Berlin Station again if in fact we don't have an equity position
