ach ursli - dann bist du ja schlauer als die SEC. Hatte doch hier jemand klar zitiert: 45 Tage nach Quartalsende - und das ist eben NICHT der 31.5. sondern der 15.5. in diesem Fall.
Und nach der "Verlängerung" muss das filing montag bis börsenschluss da sein - sonst "E" - aber vielleicht kriegst du ja ne Ausnahme bei der SEC durch.
