before I'd be willing to consider any more about the Berlin Plant the question needs to be answered....does LLEG shareholders have any interest in it today? If not any transactions surrounding Berlin plant today are immaterial. If yes, I'll agree with you but would still want to know what % interest we have/had and if sold were any $$$ substracted from the sales price for expenses
