Seems to be a major effort being applied in trying to whitewash the fact that the Disclosure is due out any day between now and the close of the month.

Why on earth would someone want to try to bash the Disclosure when they haven't seen it?

The only reason that makes sense is that there are those who have a vested interest in seeing the company fail.

Is there another reason to bash the Disclosure that I'm missing?

Let's wait and see, if no Disclosure or it is junk, I will be the first to stand up and say I was wrong.
