Overview of Conference Call
- Shareholders, or people involved with shareholders calling subsidiaries threatening people, including Alex's family. This isn't the way to do business. 12 year old girl threatened by a grown man. "From this point forward, any threats will be turned over to federal agents, and prosecuted to the extent of the law. Noone is here to screw scam or manipulate anyone. Company will continue on the basis of honesty.
- Great things going on with company. They understand this is a pink sheet. Rome wasn't built in a day, and the company won't be built in the day. They understand the problems associated with being a pink sheet company, and are trying to work through this. They are ready to eventually get to the AMEX away from the OTC.
- They are looking to file 15c-211 to hopefully make the first step to more clarity. Should hopefully be done and fully filed and moving forward within the coming 2 weeks.
- Name change paperwork has been started and completed. Board resolutions sent to Finra, and they are trying to get wording right for Finra for name change. All Paperwork filled out. Well underway to get this done. No press release of name change until Finra accepts their board resolutions, and sec and state filings are complete. Should help them regain their own identity and seprate themselves from the past of this stock vehicle.
Business Plan
- Solid plan, which is unique.
- Alex will be brought on as a secretary and COO position as well as a Director, which will allow him to oversee the company. Has 23 years of corporate and investment banking background.
- Week to 10 days for news on 3D Vision. Still strongly in the picture and will be a very nice acquisition going forward.
- Very investment friendly management team. WIll update us all on everythign occurring

- Very much in line with their schedule to begin construction by the end of august
Alex is on the way to a meeting from Romainian Economic developement council
Dividends:
Dividends being pushed back because of incident with threats and such. May be another 45-60 days.
Is the share structure the same?
Share structure is the same. Shares set aside for purchase and acquisitions only. Company executives have no free trading shares. Diltuion will only be seen via an S1 while fully reporting. Have been running the company out of their own pockets
- Wind projects in Romania coming along, and further wind projects under negotiations.
