Yes but one of the issues with the SEC was a project that they were told LLEG was no longer involved in yet they say they are so the checking into this accusation was poorly done.
So let me get this straight. SEC suspends company. Company says that it is all a misunderstanding, and because the company said that it means the SEC was wrong and jumped to conclusions.
Pretty sure I am going to trust the SEC as most people that get caught say they didn't do it.
Is there a .05% chance that this is all just a misunderstanding? Sure anything is possible.
I typically play the 99.95% odds though. Call me crazy.
