He needs to craft this letter/PR with a fine crafters touch. He needs the lawyers review and re-review. This needs to be a masterpiece to offset the hurt this SEC investication has done.

I think there will be a selloff for the first week but then as the true longs keep buying shares it will recover. (AS LONG AS ALL REPORTS OK) Then you will not see the market manupulation of the 5,000 share tick down at the end of the day as they know the SEC is watching.
