Are you suggesting that Ken Ash was sanctioned at 5 years old by the FLORIDA DIVISION OF SECURITIES, and recorded as such with FINRA, and continues to be unregistered with FINRA to this day because… he stole candy when he was 5?

Let's face reality. This was an adult. A supposed professional in the investment field who was sanctioned for FRAUD. And now this stock is halted. Let's connect the dots here (I'm borrowing this term from some friends here on iHub).
