The SEC declares on their website that they do not frivolously suspend any stock because of the predictably negative reactions to EVERY suspended stock when trading resumes.

You are quite right that in all liklihood the SEC already knows the answers or minimally enough castigating information to their questions and suspicions of Laidlaw Energy Group and connected persons / entities.

LLEG shareholders and potential shareholders need to reconcile that presumption before trading resumes on June 21st.
