My apologies, I said 25% was sold, but using your exact count, it's apparently 28.7% (that's if there are no Warrant Price Resets on the Debentures... are there ?) I'll refrain from fast back of the envelope figuring in the future; so I stand corrected.

Thank you also for the suggestion and recommendation for me to do my own DD, I do try, honestly, but since apparently you know the answers to my questions due to your familiarity with the filings, I thought your apparent expertise with this particular company could assist me in uncovering the truth of some of the facts of our Capitalization and potential for future cash infusions; afterall, everything else about the company is pure speculation, especially since we have gone years without Q filings, corporate communications focused towards Investor relations is nonexistant, the $99 website is intermitently down, it isn't uncommon for emails to be returned undeliverable, and the phone lines are occasionally disconnected.
