Patients in Oregon have the option of growing their own or appointing one caregiver. (still illegal to buy seeds or clones.)

Our legislature has allowed growers to be reimbursed caregivers for electricity and growing supplies, but absolutely no labor costs.

Attorneys here point out that the feds still can prosecute MMJ patients for simple possession or even giving another patient excess meds.
