I gather that Copper King is under new management. If so, it's possible that they'll do what they did with CMKX. When they sued CMKX and a long list of perps, shortly thereafter they cut a deal with new management. They did enjoin the company not to violate federal fraud regulations, but that was all.

The DOJ then went on to prosecute the rest of the perps. The cases aren't yet resolved; the SEC action is on hold till the criminal prosecution is over.
