BB&T should have read: BENEFACTOR FUNDING in my previous post(with all the ucc's hanging over the company's head I inadvertently typed in BB&T): Benefactor funding was dropped.....Benefactor funding was replaced by CRESTMARK..... the terms that changed were:

1) The amount paid for the factoring service went UP.

2) JD and Glenn were required to pledge their personal assets while Benefactor funding was utilized...Crestmark did not require JD and/or Glenn to pledge ANY personal assets. That is what MOTIVATED JD and Glenn to switch FACTORING Companies.


David Koran...a close associate of Bongiovanni's referred JD to Crestmark.....
