I think it's safe to assume that SDVI is legit. Today is week 12 since the CPA was announced. Since we don't know when they actually started the audit, I think we should not start worrying about the legitimacy of SDVI. Just because they chose a CPA company 12 weeks ago doesn't mean that the audit didn't start weeks later. We might still have a few weeks until it comes out, but I heard on the street that the ink will be dry this week...tick tock...that leaves only a matter of hours though.
