That seems to be the repeating theme here. Everyone that calls or e-mails with concerns gets a return call or e-mail addressing those concerns as best they can at this point considering if what you were told was accurate;

As of yesterday they still didnt have ANY facts from the SEC on what they were investagating.

That to me speaks volumes of the arrogance of power. It also shows me that LLEG is not dodging investors calls or concerns, which would be the usual course for the SCAM operators.

IF the SEC was protecting us, then why not share the FACTS with the accused so they can respond, I thought after all, we were governed by a little piece of paper known as the CONSTITUTION. And for those wanting to say they don't want evidence destroyed, if they haven't siezed anything yet, that speaks to incompetence since IF there were anything incriminating, you could bet it would be gone already.

I have not contacted them yet myself as I realize the volume of calls they are likely dealing with, along with the problems of dealing with a beaurocracy's arrogent agency. I have faith in the company and CEO and expect to see a PR before trading resumes on the grey's even if the SEC keeps playing their games of hide the indictment. ODD isn't it that they can't even tell someone what the accusation is?

While many may bail, I will likely be adding to my already oversized position. I already agreed to buy 10M shares for $800, if he actually goes through with it. I think he won't, we shall see.

BRUNGY, hardly clear proof. READ the statement again and actually pay attention to the words used in both and you would realize the two statements can BOTH be accurate and honest. TIME WILL TELL THE TALE. If you want, post them side by side and we can discuss it later.

I have other things to do right now but I wanted to respond to prayer as many here seem to be forgetting that IF there are actual acts of fraud here, which I highly doubt, many like him stand a chance for a major loss, and too many here seem a bit too gleeful of that prospect. That speaks volumes of us as human beings, now doesn't it. Shamefull.

Sorry man, I do not convict without hard evidence. And I have convicted a woman of murder, 1st degree. IT SHOULD NOT be taken lightly to convict without CLEAR and CONVINCING EVIDENCE(FACTS), not ACCUSATIONS and SPIN nor faith in government.
