A cease and desist is just a polite way of saying shutup so we don't take things further...it doesn't mean anything, just like Sykes doesn't mean anything to the potential of this stock. I doubt the company would waste its time any further, as long as Sykes keeps his badmouthing within the boundaries of the law. He can claim the company sucks and point out as many negatives as he wants. Not illegal.
