This is a nation of laws. You can't, theoretically, change laws as anyone pleases to satisfy another group otherwise you have anarchy. Yes, I made a decision to buy Ps because of these laws and the priority rule. Just because you or anyone else for that matter wants it changed midstream you can't without harming the original group. It is a major reason why I paid more for the stock before the bk. It is illegal and not right as well.
