Kat Exploration may be in a "Quiet Period" but one place they can not be quiet to is to is the Government of Newfoundland.
In recent Government Reports ie "proof" has been found not only has Kat been Drilling outside of the Handcamp claim area but recently it was discovered by usafa that drilling and core logging has been completed on the Cabot Property *and* "is the key word in that report."

Here is a quote from that Government report ... "13 Con 3 extension granted 2010.08.10 - report now due 2010.10.09. Digital copy of report received 2010.10.12; as per email from W.Pickett 2010.10.11, hard copy will be submitted by 2010.10.13. Year 13 work report consists of drilling and core relogging. Con. 6b applied to part of expenditures, $68,948.00 added.
