I formed a Corp. years ago, had to appoint Pes/V.Pres, Sec/treas. etc.. this consisted of myself(mr. Predident) my wife of course was the Vice Pre., threw in a few cousins.. having being register with the stockexchange I had to fill out necessary Q and A Reports, so many minutes & all that good stuff.
The date I've reported that we had the meeting, you may have found me in the Fl. Keys havin a cold one, what I'm trying to say is it is a must do formality.
by the way I had 10 good successful years of building residential homes in south Florida and could'nt spell any better then than I can today.. retired when I was 47 and now my mind is really a blank.. forgive me please....Take it easy have a little fun, everythings going to be okay. Pete
