I used to drive home from work and see the new bldg XMSR bought cheap in DC thinking what a terrific move to own in that low rent neighborhood....it was $.25 at the time in the depth of the Wireless/Satellite downturn....at the time I thought about buying a boatload but did not think the business model would work...so I missed a terrific opportunity....now that area's real estate is red hot, XMSR is on fire and many are millionaires....but one lesson I learned is that business model works....and I bought a few distressed satellite plays...like Loral and Skyterra very cheap and both have done very well for me.......we all live and learn and hopefully avoid the same mistakes over and over again....
