If you google "ozonated olive oil" you will find that such an ointment exists. We have been using it for years and it keeps for a very long period of time in the fridge or freezer since it is a solid ointment. Once it touches your skin the suspended ozone is released with the warming effect.
As far as we know, bubbling ozone for days in extra virgin oliveoil is the ony way to suspend the o3 in a topical ointment. I would get it online since making it youself is a costly undertaking. Hope this helps. A small container is not too expensive and lasts a long time. K
