I cant say 100% whats goin on with IHAI as most here it is just opinion or speculation but I can say CW has been very vague in allot of his PR's Ive been here from the get go and have accumulated a nice core position while I leave some freely traded shares on the side to ride it up and buy it back low which in turn keeps me profiting while waiting and lets me increase my core position for when and if something big happens which IMO something will happen seems it always does but just a matter of how big and when.

IMO even though the deal was cancelled with ihsn10 and carmil I still believe there is something more there with carmil as the new website which was filed (feb 2011) before there was even a PR about Carmil thats just one clue showing IHAI was already in the works and with that being so the big question is why would they even bother trying to merge with IHSN knowing it was gonna be changed soon unless they were waiting for there contract to be up with HM3 and part of the process of getting HM3 fully gone was to merge into a holding company hence IHAI but in doing so they had to cancel all other deals on the table with the old companies including Carmil.
IMO this was all done as part of a process depending on what happened with HM3. Bottom line here is we have a clean shell, a new registered domain name, a supposed 1 billion share retirement.

Just wish CW was more forward with his PR's it sucks that we have to do all the work to decipher what is going on behind the scenes otherwise we would all be in the dark. Bottom line as stated before I strongly believe something is still in the works with Carmil I cant state it as a fact but as only my opinion.
So only thing we can do now is do what everyone does best on this board dig for information and more DD so we can read between the lines. Theres info out there its just a matter of finding it and bringing it to light like everyone here has done over the past year! GLTA!! Hopin we hear some news soon!!
