Problem is, there are never details.

Can you explain the relationship of APCX and SSL? Out of this phantom 25m, what does APCX get?

How much dilution was/is required for the partnership and/or purchase of SSL?

People are very skeptical when you promote a product not even on the market with 25m in revenue. Just like when you state no dilution, and then dilute heavily.
