both statements "I am working as hard as I can" and "I am not BRZL" were essentially coming from JR at that time IMO. Renfro Holdings currently now controls 54% O/S of BRZL correct? So, really, isn't JR BRZL (albeit still someone else doing the nitty gritty for now, i.e. not doing it (with respect to IR). Doesn't mean deal is off, but hey at least it's not a P&D: no pump!
