I think we covered the 8k and Pink Sheets stocks pretty well Sheeple. Below_Me

There was only one such example provided to me from anyone and that was in a PM, the 8k was from 2005 long before rules no longer except 8k filings from Pink Sheets companies to the best of my knowledge. I believe the rule on that has changed since 2005. Please correct me if i am wrong.
