The share structure will of course stay the same. I have no incentive or reason to see it change. As discussed with you and other shareholders and in the 07 certifieds, I am the largest debt holder in Global, 2.5 million real cash and I have a convert debt plus the approx 19 million restricted. Why would I do that or look to acquire any company with the I/O of 31 plus million and the share price? Acquisitions etc. will be done with an Investment Banker as it can't be done any other way, especially if you want to buy a real company. Up listing goes without saying, That is the reason for bringing financials current, then to OTCBB and see what comes next.
