I feel like I'm beating a dead horse

Why is it always the poor horse that has to suffer!!!

As discreet points out the wording does say partial. Where partial is an undefined term.

If you're hearing the horse is now a splatter on the road, then there is the possibility the remaining payment has already been made. Where LLEG management sort of skipped the part of annoucing it. Where's my oats at?
