I don't think management cares too much about share price. They are looking for investers of the company. Not just the stock. And the ownership of the Preferred shares and buyback of common shares could be just a control for the share price.

The share price could be whatever number you want it to be and V.M./Gate Technologies will still have controlling interest of the company.

It is not in the best interest of management to increase share price at all. Especially in a stock such as this. *IMO*
