AMHD is listed at the grey market. They are not obliged to report correctly.

Of course they aren't allowed to lie in PR's. But I don't know if the SEC can force Freddie & Aziz to prove their numbers.

And even if they do so - the shares would soon be traded as another company name with a new owner. Much cheaper than 0,0002 is not possible....
