ETMM is trying to be slick, someone just slapped the ask for 14528 shares, which is the exact amount they had at .003, instead of clearing the .003 and going up to the next next ask of .0031, they slap down another 700k shares at .003. i thout new finra rules were supposed to take care of these tactics, just goes to show that mm's find loopholes, or maybe they are just not getting caught. IDK
