Great product that ensures absorption due to IV administration. Useful in minimizing preoperative narcotic use, therefore minimizing narcotic side effects. Also, useful in patients with sleep apnea, which is a huge problem with our growing obesity problem in this country. No pun intended! Renal side effects of the current NSAID can be avoided. This is especially important in the elderly. I think this product will be used IMHO.
