Will believe it all when I see it in black and white officially filed with pinksheets.

Still maintain that any respectable cloud computing company will look into VCTY - see it's past dealings and avoid it for credibility issues. How many reputable companies want a chinese sub .001 stock entity to be part of their cloud computing? As in securing important data.

Just saying - there is a huge issue there if indeed such a new merger continues.

With that being said - VCTY appears to still have Tactician University intact and pulling in a profit - it has been stated a myriad of times on this very board that with Tactician alone, this stock is worth more than it's current PPS - yet... here we sit... apparently it takes visibility and credibility as well as paper profit to increase the share price and VCTY has not put those three things together for nearly a year now.
