Someone posted on Monday that there would be a continuance of the trial. They were attacked and called a liar. And yet they were right!

Ah no, he was once again wrong. Can't find the original now but Kourt Reporter Kwan I belive stated that Jeff would be pursuing a delay yesterday, but in fact:

Jeff DiGenova, asked Duval Circuit Judge L. Haldane Taylor to set an expedited trial so the dispute can be finally resolved. No date was set.
