Thanks EF the funny thing is when I and my freinds files complaints it was beacuse Iwas so convinced that spph would pay off. I look at it this way spph touted a buyout they put out misleading information about thier products. The buyout never happened and in my oppinion never will. They never put out a marketable product and the guy they put to answer questions about the butout didn't know anything about the buyout and based on that I am supposed to belive what... I will recover my money in the form af a loss when I file my taxes.
