CGFIA Sub pennies stay that way because the investors buy at the bid. Just to get a few thousand shares extra. Real stocks are Real because they have a completely different investor. He is willing to invest his Money based on the Value of the investment and if it's worth $.05 or $1.60 or higher thats where he buys and the PPS goes up.
