Sell at .55

Buy back at .40

Goes back up to .50 and make 25% return, forfeit the loss from .55 to .40 (roughly 28% negetive). We call that a 53% swing.

Thats alot of cash when you are talking about alot of shares. Getting back in is the easy part, just look at L2. Getting out is the challenge.
